If we want to hit €100k this year, we need to stop playing small. This week, we took our first step toward bigger and more consistent wins.

The small €50–€100 wins were a great start, but they won’t get us to six figures.
So this week, we zoomed out.

We reached out to friends, family, and local entrepreneurs and asked one simple question:
“Where are you losing money—or stuck in your business?”

One answer stood out:
A local rental business owner had a broken website. His developer gave up, and his online bookings were plummeting. Within 10 minutes of hearing the problem, we were Googling fixes and asking ChatGPT for help.
Result: we realized we might actually be able to solve this.

So we pitched it:
“Let us try to fix your website. No cure, no pay. If we fix it, you pay us €500. If not, you owe nothing.”

Deal accepted. Our first real B2B side hustle is born. We have two weeks to solve this problem and we will give an update later in this series.

Top Lessons

  1. You don’t need to be an expert — just resourceful and respect the business owner.
  2. Businesses often lose money due to simple, fixable problems.
  3. You can create value by listening, thinking, and offering help—not by selling. Just be honest and tell you have some knowledge about it and want to try to fix the issue.
  4. No cure, no pay = powerful pitch if you’re confident and trustworthy. The only thing for you to loose is your time.
