We sold off our FC Coins, made a quick profit and made a statement with ourselves that side hustles are the only priority at this moment.
Like many gamers, we had built up a nice stash of (FIFA) FC Ultimate Team coins. We sold al players to turn them into cash. We sourced for different buyers at X (Twitter) and different Discords. We got a good price and sold them to the highest buyer with good references.
Selling FC Coins is fairly straightforward, but you need to be careful—there are plenty of scammers out there trying to take advantage of you.
Start by selling all your Ultimate Team players. Don’t just focus on the main squad—check your entire club for hidden gems, including consumables and untradable players. If it has value, sell it.
Go to platforms like Reddit and X (formerly Twitter) to search for recent reviews and recommended buyers.
!! Never trust random DMs. Only contact sellers you reached out to, and always ask for proof that they are trustworthy (e.g. vouches, reviews, past transactions).
Negotiate a clear price per 100K coins. Look into a lot of buyers to get the best market value for your coins. Never go for the first one, because the prices will be different. For payment, use platforms like:
Tip: Wise and Revolut are usually the cheapest and easiest options—and creating an account is free.
Most buyers will ask for temporary access to your account, or will guide you through the coin transfer process. Be cautious, but know that this is usually how it works. Change your password afterward. Use your earnings to invest in your next side hustle. Don’t forget to leave a review for the buyer—it helps others avoid scammers and keeps the community safer.
The result? A quick €360 and even better: less distraction. No more late-night weekend league instead of building our income.
Total earned: €545,03
Total: 4 hours
If you calculate all the hours spent grinding for coins, it’s definitely not worth it from a pure money perspective. The hourly rate would be terrible.
But here’s the thing: most of us didn’t earn these coins with profit in mind—we did it for fun. We played the game, enjoyed it, and now we’re ready to move on.
Selling your coins isn’t about making a big profit. It’s about turning leftover value into something useful—like investing in your next side hustle. It’s a small mindset shift that can kickstart a much bigger journey.
Nett Profit of €545,03. Honestly this is a bit an unfair sale we use in the €100k Pathway series. We understand that most people ar not able to sell this amount of coins. But our message for them is: Look for all your digital assets that probably sell. Just sell them.
We spent almost 4 hours selling our players, get a trusted buyer and resell te coins. If we count all gameplay time to get all the coins this won’t be interesting side hustle.
We choose for a difficulty of 4 because of the fact that half off you won’t be able to gain that much coins and won’t be able to make that amount of money.
We think this was worth the time, but it was only for one time. If we have to gain that amount of coins again it will definitely not be worth it.
